2.9.12: Bath time {174}

Abigail is insane in the bath. At first she worried the heck out of me. She just flops onto her belly and splashes and doesn't even care if she gets water in her mouth. Audrey was not like that at all. Now it doesn't even phase me...she sits back up and flops down again. She loves having water poured on her head and face (courtesy of Audrey!) I love it!

Audrey loves practicing for Aunt Kelly's wedding, which includes her throwing flower petals all over our house. I walked into the room as she was laughing hysterically and covering sweet Abigail with petals.

Audrey loved sitting with Abigail and chatting with her. Abigail just stared at Audrey trying to take it all in! This year we stayed home, but next year we are going trick-or-treating!

I'm not sure who likes the doorway jumper the best! Audrey gets so excited when Abigail is in it...she runs around and says, "Jump, Abby!" She laughs and jumps and tries to help her out by pulling on the straps. She wants to push her as if she's in a swing. Abigail seems to enjoy it more and more each day! I'm loving this stage :)

10.2.11: Playing together {44/366}

I love these early stages of playing. Audrey is doing her own thing. I plop Abigail down next to her and just wait for them to interact. Of course Abigail is watching Audrey the whole time. Eventually Audrey will stop what she's doing to acknowledge her. I love watching this! I can't wait to see them full-on play with each other :)

9.15.11: Sister love {27/366}

Audrey seems so intimidated by Abigail and I think it's because she's so small (well, small compared to Audrey!) None of our friends have small babies so when Abby came along I think Audrey was not sure how to deal. So she never wanted to hold Abby, and you could tell she was hesitant to kiss or hug her. But as Abby gets bigger and bugger Audrey is getting more and more comfortable with her little sister. She willingly gives her hugs and kisses. She even wanted to hold her the other night (very briefly!) I'm looking forward to this relationship getting stronger and stronger by the day.

Audrey loves to play with Abigail when she's in her exersaucer. And Abigail loves to watch Audrey!
